Dan and I call it simply the “duh,” business model. Almost too simple. If you are happy, we’re happy. If you aren’t happy, neither are we and we want to fix it – even if that means giving you your money back.

Here is how it works:

• On the final page of your order, we ask you a few important questions about your personal measurements and how you play the game, we can then determine your swing speed, your grip size, and other necessary factors so we can build your clubs to your specifications,
• We then build your club(s) to your specifications – what you get from us fits you
• You try them, you use them, you play them. If you aren’t happy with them, send them back along with the receipt within 30 days for a refund. By the way, you can’t imagine the emails and phone calls we get asking if we really mean it. Yes we do. And we are often asked why Callaway, PING, TaylorMade and Titleist (and the others) don’t. We don’t know why (although we think we have a pretty good idea). Ask them.
• Your clubs are made of the highest quality materials, hand-crafted by professionals here in our shop. If you have any problem related to materials or construction, we fix it or replace it at our expense. IMPORTANT: this guarantee is not for just six months (as some companies), or one year (as most companies), or even two years (as a very few of even the High Dollar Club Companies) but for five years. We mean it – that’s half of a decade!
